Almegas expert Stefan Koskinen om varf\u00f6r och hur den kan anpassas f\u00f6r att st\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre rustad inf\u00f6r framtiden.<\/p>\n\n<p>1905 tecknades det f\u00f6rsta kollektivavtalet inom verkstadsindustrin, i dag finns 680 p\u00e5 den svenska arbetsmarknaden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det \u00e4r unikt hur den svenska modellen har levererat under alla dessa \u00e5r, s\u00e4ger Stefan Koskinen, arbetsgivarpolitisk chef p\u00e5 Almega, som bland annat har varit med och f\u00f6rhandlat fram den nya LAS-\u00f6verenskommelsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Parterna p\u00e5 den svenska arbetsmarknaden har g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng visat att de kan komma \u00f6verens, det \u00e4r inte minst den nya \u00f6verenskommelsen ett bevis p\u00e5. Stefan Koskinen ser framf\u00f6r allt tre utmaningar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Till att b\u00f6rja med skulle jag vilja lyfta fram risken att EU-kommissionen tvingar fram lagstiftning som l\u00e4gger krokben f\u00f6r v\u00e5r modell f\u00f6r \u00f6verenskommelse. Det st\u00f6rsta problemet skulle jag s\u00e4ga, \u00e4r att politikerna missuppfattat att det \u00e4r en modell som bara handlar om l\u00f6nebildning, n\u00e4r den handlar om s\u00e5 mycket mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den andra \u00e4r det f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsmotst\u00e5nd som finns inom vissa fackf\u00f6rbund, som g\u00f6r att man h\u00e5ller fast vid gamla avtals\u00f6verenskommelser, \u00e4ven om de inte l\u00e4ngre matchar dagens arbetsmarknad och f\u00f6retagsvillkor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 F\u00f6r en ung medarbetare som ber sin chef om ett individuellt l\u00f6nesamtal \u00e4r det helt obegripligt att chefen s\u00e4ger nej med h\u00e4nvisning till ett kollektivavtal, s\u00e4ger Stefan Koskinen och forts\u00e4tter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det gl\u00e4djande att det finns fackf\u00f6rbund som exempelvis Akavia, som f\u00f6rst\u00e5r att utveckling beh\u00f6vs. Med <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2022\/02\/zeijersborger-co-forst-ut-med-nya-juristavtalet\/\">det nya juristavtalet<\/a> lyckades vi tillsammans hantera flera fr\u00e5gor som tidigare gjort det sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r byr\u00e5er att teckna kollektivavtal. Att de m\u00e5ste v\u00e5ga t\u00e4nka nytt f\u00f6r att attrahera medlemmar \u00e4ven p\u00e5 de nya f\u00f6retag som v\u00e4xer fram, d\u00e4r det inte \u00e4r villkoren man konkurrerar med som fackf\u00f6rbund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi m\u00e5ste g\u00e5 mot mer moderna avtal som flyttar fler detaljfr\u00e5gor till dialogen mellan medarbetaren och n\u00e4rmsta chef. Exempelvis f\u00f6renklar den vardagen f\u00f6r v\u00e4xande f\u00f6retag, som kan luta sig mot redan framf\u00f6rhandlade regelverk i komplexa fr\u00e5gor, till exempel f\u00f6r sjukl\u00f6n och f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 I en tid d\u00e4r allt fler kunder v\u00e4rderar CSR-fr\u00e5gor h\u00f6gt \u00e4r ett kollektivavtal ocks\u00e5 en kvalitetsst\u00e4mpel, som visar p\u00e5 seriositet och goda villkor.
