Arbetsgivaren best\u00e4mmer l\u00f6nerevisionstidpunkt utifr\u00e5n f\u00f6retagets verksamhets\u00e5r dock senast den 1 juli om lokala parter inte \u00e4r \u00f6verens om annat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6neavtalens inriktning \u00e4r att l\u00f6neutvecklingen sker mot bakgrund av f\u00f6retagets ekonomiska och marknadsm\u00e4ssiga f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar samt medarbetarens individuella prestation.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/protected\/2022\/02\/hur-loneprocessen-ar-tankt-att-fungera-ej-kommunal_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hur l\u00f6neprocessen \u00e4r t\u00e4nkt att fungera &#8211; partsgemensam skrift <\/a>(Inloggning kr\u00e4vs)<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e4rskilt yrkesskickliga i <\/strong><strong>l\u00f6neavtalet med V\u00e5rdf\u00f6rbundet <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sedan 2021 har l\u00f6neavtalet med V\u00e5rdf\u00f6rbundet kompletterats med texter som ska uppmuntra en prioritering av s\u00e4rskilt yrkesskickliga. Avsikten \u00e4r att inspirera till en l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttning d\u00e4r l\u00f6nestrukturen i h\u00f6gre grad speglar prestation och skicklighet. Om de lokala parterna inte kommer \u00f6verens om annat ber\u00e4knas ett utrymme f\u00f6r individuella l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar enligt f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<p>Totalt utrymme per heltidsanst\u00e4lld \u00e4r 611 kronor. Av dessa 611 kronor (per heltidsanst\u00e4lld) ska 561 kr f\u00f6rdelas individuellt till samtliga medarbetare och 50 kronor avs\u00e4ttas till en s\u00e4rskild pott som f\u00f6rdelas individuellt till yrkesutbildade. Deltidsanst\u00e4lldas bidrag till utrymmet och avs\u00e4ttningen till yrkesutbildade best\u00e4ms i proportion till syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Redog\u00f6relse f\u00f6r begreppet \u201dyrkesutbildade\u201d finns under rubriken \u201dYrkesutbildade\u201d nedan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yrkesutbildade<\/strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em>Med yrkesutbildning menas att medarbetaren genomg\u00e5tt och avslutat en vid tiden godk\u00e4nd utbildning p\u00e5 ungdomsgymnasium, vuxenutbildning eller annan utbildning som \u00e4r relevant f\u00f6r arbetet.
