Vi p\u00e5minner om utg\u00e5ngspunkterna i respektive l\u00f6neavtal.<\/p>\n<p>De fullst\u00e4ndiga l\u00f6neavtalen hittar du som inloggad p\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medlem.arbetsgivarguiden.se\/kollektivavtal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.arbetsgivarguiden.se<\/a><u>. <\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6neavtal med Unionen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6neavtalet med Unionen g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r medarbetare som \u00e4r medlemmar i Unionen.<\/p>\n<p>Avtalet ger m\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r alla f\u00f6retag i v\u00e5ra branscher att arbeta med <strong>utvecklad l\u00f6neprocess<\/strong>, och fritt f\u00f6rdela hela l\u00f6neutrymmet mellan Unionens medlemmar.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns fortfarande m\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag att ist\u00e4llet v\u00e4lja <strong>f\u00f6renklad l\u00f6nebildning<\/strong> och betala ut en minsta garantil\u00f6n, vilket inneb\u00e4r att bara resterade del av l\u00f6neutrymmet kan f\u00f6rdelas fritt. Individgarantin vid f\u00f6renklad l\u00f6neprocess \u00e4r i \u00e5r 175 kronor\/m\u00e5nad per heltidsanst\u00e4lld medarbetare.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6nerevisionens niv\u00e5 \u00e4r 1,8 procent fr\u00e5n 1 april 2022 om lokal \u00f6verenskommelse inte tr\u00e4ffas om annat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen ska vara individuell och differentierad samt kopplad till f\u00f6retagets verksamhetsm\u00e5l. Den individuella l\u00f6nen och l\u00f6neutvecklingen best\u00e4ms av:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arbetsuppgifternas inneh\u00e5ll, sv\u00e5righetsgrad och ansvar<\/li>\n<li>Prestation och resultat i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till uppsatta m\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Individuell kompetens samt engagemang och f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att utveckla verksamheten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En medarbetare, medlem i Unionen, som inte uppvisar tillr\u00e4cklig prestation eller inte n\u00e5r uppsatta m\u00e5l kan f\u00e5 ingen eller m\u00e4rkbart l\u00e5g l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning. I de fallen ska en\u00a0\u00e5tg\u00e4rdsplan\u00a0uppr\u00e4ttas f\u00f6r ber\u00f6rda medarbetare med tidplan och uppf\u00f6ljning av de planerade \u00e5tg\u00e4rderna, se vidare i 4.3 i l\u00f6neavtalet.<\/p>\n<p><u>L\u00e4gstal\u00f6n<\/u><br \/>\nEfter l\u00f6nerevisionen den\u00a0<strong>1 april 2022<\/strong>\u00a0ska m\u00e5nadsl\u00f6n f\u00f6r heltidsanst\u00e4lld medarbetare\/medlem i Unionen som fyllt 20 \u00e5r uppg\u00e5 till l\u00e4gst 19 506 kronor om inte lokala parter enats om annat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6neavtal med Ledarna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6neavtalet g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r\u00a0medlemmar i Ledarna. Avtalets inriktning \u00e4r att skapa en process d\u00e4r medarbetarens uppn\u00e5dda resultat, kompetens och skicklighet knyts samman med den individuella l\u00f6neutvecklingen.<\/p>\n<p>Avtalet \u00e4r sifferl\u00f6st och l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen ska utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n f\u00f6retagets ekonomiska f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och chefens bidrag till denna utveckling. L\u00f6nen ska kopplas till prestation, m\u00e5luppfyllelse och hur chefen leder verksamhet och medarbetare. L\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen ska vara individuell och differentierad.<\/p>\n<p>Den \u00e5rliga l\u00f6nebildningsprocessen bygger p\u00e5 dialog mellan chef och arbetsgivare. L\u00f6nerevision ska ske en g\u00e5ng per \u00e5r. Kommer chef och arbetsgivare inte \u00f6verens om annat ska den 1 april g\u00e4lla som revisionstidpunkt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oorganiserade<br \/>\n<\/strong>Trots att l\u00f6neavtalen formellt sett endast g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r medlemmar i respektive fackf\u00f6rbund \u00e4r v\u00e5r rekommendation att principerna enligt l\u00f6neavtalen till\u00e4mpas \u00e4ven f\u00f6r oorganiserade. I dessa fall f\u00f6rs en dialog mellan arbetsgivaren och den anst\u00e4llde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flexpension<\/strong><br \/>\nUt\u00f6ver l\u00f6nerevision sker ytterligare avs\u00e4ttning till flexpension per den 1 maj 2022 med 0,4 % p\u00e5 pensionsmedf\u00f6rande l\u00f6n.
