{"id":42261,"date":"2022-01-27T15:08:33","date_gmt":"2022-01-27T14:08:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/?p=42261"},"modified":"2022-03-21T11:07:06","modified_gmt":"2022-03-21T10:07:06","slug":"arets-lonerevision-for-tjansteman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2022\/01\/arets-lonerevision-for-tjansteman\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c5rets l\u00f6nerevision f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro\">Det \u00e4r dags att f\u00f6rbereda \u00e5rets l\u00f6nerevision f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstemannaavtalen mellan Kompetensf\u00f6retagen och Unionen respektive Akademikerf\u00f6rbunden och vi p\u00e5minner om f\u00f6ljande utg\u00e5ngspunkter i l\u00f6neavtalen.<\/p>\n<p>De fullst\u00e4ndiga avtalen hittar du som inloggad i <a href=\"https:\/\/medlem.arbetsgivarguiden.se\/kollektivavtal\/26\/dokument\/142\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arbetsgivarguiden.se.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>FLEXPENSION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vid sidan av l\u00f6nerevision sker ytterligare avs\u00e4ttning till flexpension per 1 maj 2022 med 0,4 % p\u00e5 pensionsmedf\u00f6rande l\u00f6n. Det faktureras av Collectum utan vidare \u00e5tg\u00e4rd fr\u00e5n arbetsgivaren (sammanlagd avs\u00e4ttning till flexpension \u00e4r d\u00e5 1,1 % fr\u00e5n och med 1 maj 2022).<\/p>\n<p>Arbetsgivaren har kunnat l\u00e5ta de anst\u00e4llda v\u00e4lja bort flexpension och ist\u00e4llet f\u00e5 l\u00f6n. I kollektivavtalet finns det ingen garanti f\u00f6r att framtida h\u00f6jningar av flexpensionspremien kompenseras med motsvarande l\u00f6neh\u00f6jningar. Arbetsgivaren kan dock ge en s\u00e5dan kompensation som en ensidig utf\u00e4stelse. Om s\u00e5 skett h\u00f6js den fasta kontanta m\u00e5nadsl\u00f6nen f\u00f6r de som avst\u00e5tt flexpension med 0,4 % fr\u00e5n den 1 maj 2022. Den ensidiga l\u00f6nekompensationen g\u00f6rs vid sidan om potten och utanf\u00f6r den ordinarie l\u00f6nerevisionen eftersom den motsvarar h\u00f6jningen av flexpension som \u00e4r utanf\u00f6r l\u00f6neh\u00f6jningen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00d6NEAVTAL UNIONEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6ner<br \/>\n<\/strong>Unionens l\u00f6neavtal g\u00e4ller formellt endast tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n som \u00e4r medlemmar i Unionen. V\u00e5r rekommendation \u00e4r dock att avtalet b\u00f6r till\u00e4mpas ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 \u00f6vriga tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n inom Unionens avtalsomr\u00e5de f\u00f6rutsatt att annat kollektivavtal inte g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r dem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omfattning <\/strong><br \/>\nL\u00f6nerevisionen omfattar tj\u00e4nsteman som b\u00f6rjat sin anst\u00e4llning vid f\u00f6retaget senast den 30 april 2022. Vidare \u00e4r vissa kategorier av anst\u00e4llda undantagna. N\u00e4rmre om vilka anst\u00e4llda som undantas fr\u00e5n l\u00f6nerevision och d\u00e4rtill kopplade best\u00e4mmelser \u00e5terfinns i l\u00f6neavtalet i best\u00e4mmelserna 2.2 till 2.5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6nerevision 1 maj 2022<\/strong><br \/>\nEtt allm\u00e4nt utrymme (pott) ber\u00e4knas som 1,8 % av summan av de fasta kontanta l\u00f6nerna f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n den 30 april 2022. Potten f\u00f6rdelas sedan i form av l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar till de anst\u00e4llda tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4nnen enligt den i l\u00f6neavtalet angivna processen. Varje enskild tj\u00e4nsteman \u00e4r enligt l\u00f6neavtalet garanterad en l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning om minst 175 kr ber\u00e4knat p\u00e5 heltid (individgaranti) om ej annat \u00f6verenskommes lokalt. F\u00f6r deltidsanst\u00e4lld ska beloppet omr\u00e4knas i proportion till vad deltiden utg\u00f6r i procent av heltiden.<\/p>\n<p><u>L\u00e4gsta l\u00f6ner<\/u><br \/>\nOm tj\u00e4nstemannen senast den 30 april 2022 fyllt 20 respektive 24 \u00e5r ska l\u00f6nen fr.o.m. den 1 maj 2022 uppg\u00e5 till l\u00e4gst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>18\u00a0731 kr\/m\u00e5n ber\u00e4knat p\u00e5 heltid f\u00f6r fyllda 20 \u00e5r<\/li>\n<li>21\u00a0704 kr\/m\u00e5n ber\u00e4knat p\u00e5 heltid f\u00f6r fyllda 24 \u00e5r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rhandlingsordning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4nnen ska till f\u00f6retaget senast den <strong>11 februari 2022 <\/strong>l\u00e4mna skriftlig uppgift p\u00e5 ber\u00f6rda medlemmar och av dem utsedda representanter.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6retaget ska senast den <strong>4 mars 2022<\/strong> skriftligen meddela f\u00f6rslag till nya l\u00f6ner till utsedda representanter.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6nskar tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4nnen p\u00e5kalla lokal f\u00f6rhandling ska f\u00f6retaget meddelas senast den <strong>18 mars 2022<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Lokal f\u00f6rhandling ska vara avslutad senast <strong>1 april 2022 <\/strong>och eventuell central f\u00f6rhandling ska p\u00e5kallas senast <strong>14 april 2022<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I de fall denna f\u00f6rhandlingsordning ej s\u00e4tts i kraft \u00e4ger den anst\u00e4llde beg\u00e4ra f\u00f6rhandling om ny l\u00f6n senast den 4 mars 2022. Arbetsgivaren ska d\u00e5 senast inom 14 dagar l\u00e4mna meddelande om den nya l\u00f6n som avses utg\u00e5. Tj\u00e4nstemannen har r\u00e4tt att senast inom 14 dagar beg\u00e4ra f\u00f6rhandling. Ombudsman kan bitr\u00e4da tj\u00e4nstemannen vid f\u00f6rhandlingen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00d6NEAVTAL AKADEMIKERF\u00d6RBUNDEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>L\u00f6ner<\/h2>\n<p>Akademikerf\u00f6rbundens l\u00f6neavtal g\u00e4ller formellt endast tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n som \u00e4r medlemmar i n\u00e5got akademikerf\u00f6rbund. V\u00e5r rekommendation \u00e4r dock att avtalet b\u00f6r till\u00e4mpas ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 \u00f6vriga akademiker inom avtalsomr\u00e5det f\u00f6rutsatt att annat kollektivavtal inte g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r dem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omfattning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6nerevisionen omfattar tj\u00e4nsteman som b\u00f6rjat sin anst\u00e4llning vid f\u00f6retaget senast den 30 april 2022. Vidare \u00e4r vissa kategorier undantagna. N\u00e4rmre om anst\u00e4llda som undantas fr\u00e5n l\u00f6nerevision och d\u00e4rtill kopplade best\u00e4mmelser \u00e5terfinns i l\u00f6neavtalet best\u00e4mmelserna 4.1 till 4.4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6nerevision 1 maj 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om vare sig de lokala eller centrala parterna efter f\u00f6rhandling kan bli eniga om l\u00f6nerevisionen per den 1 maj 2022 fastst\u00e4lls niv\u00e5n p\u00e5 medlemmarnas sammantagna l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar till 1,8 %. Uppn\u00e5s inte enighet f\u00f6rdelas l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningarna av arbetsgivaren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rhandlingsordning <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 lokala f\u00f6rhandlingar genomf\u00f6rs ska de p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas i s\u00e5 god tid f\u00f6re revisionsdatum som m\u00f6jligt och vara avslutade senast den <strong>1 april 2022<\/strong>.
