{"id":41736,"date":"2021-12-30T09:22:32","date_gmt":"2021-12-30T08:22:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/?p=41736"},"modified":"2022-03-23T13:27:03","modified_gmt":"2022-03-23T12:27:03","slug":"forandringar-i-gallande-tillsvidareavtal-for-bransch-friskolor-med-vision-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2021\/12\/forandringar-i-gallande-tillsvidareavtal-for-bransch-friskolor-med-vision-2\/","title":{"rendered":"F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i g\u00e4llande tillsvidareavtal f\u00f6r bransch friskolor med Vision"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro\">Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen och Vision \u00e4r \u00f6verens om f\u00f6ljande \u00e4ndringar i det tillsvidareavtal f\u00f6r friskolor och frist\u00e5ende f\u00f6rskolor om l\u00f6ner och allm\u00e4nna anst\u00e4llningsvillkor som g\u00e4ller mellan parterna fr\u00e5n och med 1 januari 2022.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u00f6ner<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6nerevisonsdatum<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u00f6nerevisionsdatum \u00e4r of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrat den 1 mars respektive \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6ne\u00f6kningsutrymme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6neavtalet med Vision inneh\u00e5ller inga siffersatta l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar utan s\u00e4tts utifr\u00e5n varje f\u00f6retags s\u00e4rskilda f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6nen ska vara individuell och differentierad. H\u00e4rvid ska beaktas en \u00f6kad l\u00f6nespridnings betydelse f\u00f6r goda resultat. Varje medarbetare ska veta p\u00e5 vilken grund l\u00f6nen s\u00e4tts och vilka krav som g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r att erh\u00e5lla en god l\u00f6neutveckling.<\/p>\n<p>Arbetsgivaren och medarbetarna g\u00e5r tillsammans igenom avtalet, har en dialog om f\u00f6retagets ekonomi, marknadsl\u00e4get och er \u00f6nskade l\u00f6nestruktur. Slutligen \u00e4r det ni p\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget som best\u00e4mmer utfallet p\u00e5 individuell niv\u00e5 och d\u00e4rmed \u00e4ven p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagsniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4s g\u00e4rna igenom l\u00f6neavtalet noga inf\u00f6r genomf\u00f6randet av l\u00f6nerevisionen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6vriga ers\u00e4ttningar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Redan i samband med f\u00f6rra \u00e5rets avst\u00e4mning kom parterna \u00f6verens om niv\u00e5erna f\u00f6r h\u00f6jning av de olika krontalsers\u00e4ttningarna i avtalet. Kravet p\u00e5 att anst\u00e4llningen ska forts\u00e4tta minst tre m\u00e5nader efter tj\u00e4nstledigheten upph\u00f6r. F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen g\u00e4ller ledigheter som p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas tidigast 1 januari 2022.
