Inneh\u00e5llet i checklistan baseras p\u00e5 Arbetsmilj\u00f6verkets krav och \u00e4r ett komplement till den allm\u00e4nna checklistan f\u00f6r arbetsmilj\u00f6rond i fastighetsbranschen.<\/p>\n<p>Faktorer som spelar roll \u00e4r bland annat hur arbetet organiseras, arbetsplatsens utformning och individuella faktorer. H\u00e4ndelserna \u00e4r ofta ett komplext problem d\u00e4r m\u00e5nga faktorer bidrar. Det f\u00f6rebyggande arbetet blir d\u00e4rf\u00f6r effektivare med ett helhetsperspektiv \u2013 att titta p\u00e5 \u00e5tg\u00e4rder inom \u2013 M\u00e4nniskan, Tekniken och Organisationen, det s\u00e5 kallade MTO-perspektivet.<\/p>\n<p>Den nya checklistan hittar du under A-\u00d6 i <a href=\"https:\/\/medlem.arbetsgivarguiden.se\/a-till-o\/514\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Checklistor arbetsmilj\u00f6<\/a>.
