Almega och Unionen bjuder in till partsgemensamma l\u00f6nekonferenser f\u00f6r branscherna Fastighetsarbetsgivarna, Utbildningsf\u00f6retagen och Utveckling & Tj\u00e4nster. Parterna har sedan 2017 utvecklat l\u00f6neavtalen. Sedan \u00e5r 2020 inneh\u00e5ller samtliga l\u00f6neavtal en l\u00f6neprocess utan individgaranti.<\/p>\n

Vi bjuder in er som representerar f\u00f6retagen och Unionens f\u00f6rtroendevalda till l\u00f6nekonferenser d\u00e4r vi presenterar v\u00e5r gemensamma syn p\u00e5 hur l\u00f6neavtalen \u00e4r t\u00e4nkta att fungera.<\/p>\n

I l\u00f6neavtalen ers\u00e4tts den siffersatta individgarantin med en mer utvecklad process som\u00a0f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter att l\u00f6nearbetet sker i flera steg och bygger p\u00e5 ett f\u00f6rtroendefullt samarbete d\u00e4r chefer,\u00a0tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n, f\u00f6retag och klubb har viktiga roller. Under konferenserna g\u00e5r vi bland annat\u00a0igenom hur l\u00f6neavtalen \u00e4r t\u00e4nka att till\u00e4mpas, vad som k\u00e4nnetecknar en bra l\u00f6neprocess och de olika stegen i den \u00e5rliga l\u00f6neprocessen samt hur l\u00f6neprocessen kan utv\u00e4rderas. Under konferensen delar vi \u00e4ven med oss av tips och id\u00e9er. Tid kommer att ges till erfarenhetsutbyte och diskussion.<\/p>\n

Vi rekommenderar att representanter fr\u00e5n b\u00e5de f\u00f6retag och klubb deltar p\u00e5 samma konferens. Anm\u00e4l er g\u00e4rna gemensamt. Naturligtvis \u00e4r \u00e4ven f\u00f6retag som saknar klubb v\u00e4lkomna, liksom klubbar vars f\u00f6retagsrepresentant ej kan delta.<\/p>\n
