Man kan inte detaljstyra allt och villkoren kan skilja sig \u00e5t mellan olika personer och platser, inte minst f\u00f6r oss som har kontor p\u00e5 32 olika st\u00e4llen runt om i Sverige. N\u00e5gon kan enkelt cykla till jobbet, n\u00e5gon annan bor v\u00e4ldigt tr\u00e5ngt \u2013 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r blev v\u00e5r strategi att lita p\u00e5 att v\u00e5ra medarbetare sj\u00e4lva kunde ta kloka beslut utifr\u00e5n sina individuella f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">S\u00e5 h\u00e4r i efterhand konstaterar Marie F\u00f6rborgen att det inte har visat sig n\u00e5gon st\u00f6rre skillnad mellan de som st\u00e4ngde ner helt och de som liksom Ramboll valde en flexiblare inst\u00e4llning. Dessutom tvingade pandemin fram utveckling som inte bara har varit negativ:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Till att b\u00f6rja med kan vi konstatera att det gick utm\u00e4rkt att jobba hemifr\u00e5n, produktiviteten gick inte ner, utan alla tog sitt ansvar. Ramboll var redan inne i en global f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsresa f\u00f6r att kunna arbeta multidisciplin\u00e4rt, \u00f6ver b\u00e5de lands- och tidsgr\u00e4nser, och i skarpt l\u00e4ge kunde vi konstatera att v\u00e5rt IT-system fungerar f\u00f6r detta. Pandemin tvingade oss ocks\u00e5 att utmana v\u00e5ra f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningar om vad som fungerar att g\u00f6ra digitalt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Framf\u00f6r allt har det blivit tydligt att m\u00e5nga m\u00f6ten inte beh\u00f6ver den fysiska dimensionen. F\u00f6r Marie&nbsp;F\u00f6rborgen&nbsp;\u00e4r det centralt&nbsp;f\u00f6r&nbsp;Ramboll&nbsp;att forts\u00e4tta inta en flexibel h\u00e5llning:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Vi jobbar mer med riktlinjer \u00e4n regelbok i str\u00e4van efter att hitta balansen mellan f\u00f6retagets behov, den anst\u00e4lldes och samh\u00e4llet i stort. Det som s\u00e4tter ramarna \u00e4r att verksamheten m\u00e5ste fungera och d\u00e5 m\u00e5ste vi till exempel prata om n\u00e4r vi beh\u00f6ver vara tillsammans p\u00e5 kontoret, f\u00f6r innovation och kunskaps\u00f6verf\u00f6ring, men ocks\u00e5 socialt v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ramboll&nbsp;kommer att forts\u00e4tta med f\u00f6rtroendetid, men Marie&nbsp;F\u00f6rborgen&nbsp;menar att det kommer att bli \u00e4nnu viktigare med tydliga f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Den egna viljan \u00e4r den starkaste drivkraften, men det h\u00e4r st\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 h\u00f6ga krav p\u00e5 ledarskap. V\u00e5r inst\u00e4llning idag \u00e4r att varje medarbetare ska ha en tydlig tillh\u00f6righet p\u00e5 ett kontor, en arbetsplats som man faktisk vill komma till.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sedan kommer det att finnas undantag, menar&nbsp;hon. F\u00f6r n\u00e5gon med en v\u00e4ldigt specifik roll kan det fungera att merparten av arbetet utf\u00f6rs hemifr\u00e5n och genom att forts\u00e4tta ha ett \u00f6ppet sinne kan fler flexibla l\u00f6sningar bli vanligare:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Den som just kommer in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden kan beh\u00f6va kontoret som bas f\u00f6r att skapa n\u00e4tverk och f\u00e5 kunskap, men f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon som arbetat l\u00e4nge kanske det kan fungera att arbeta periodvis fr\u00e5n till exempel sommarstugan \u00e4ven om man fortsatt har en tillh\u00f6righet till ett visst kontor.
