Detta g\u00e4ller avtalen med Vision, Akademikerf\u00f6rbunden, V\u00e5rdf\u00f6rbundet och Sveriges l\u00e4karf\u00f6rbund f\u00f6r Bransch F\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rd (D).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ans\u00f6kan om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Denna f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring g\u00e4ller tj\u00e4nster d\u00e4r n\u00e5got av kollektivavtalen med Akademikerf\u00f6rbunden, Vision och Sveriges l\u00e4karf\u00f6rbund \u00e4r till\u00e4mpligt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta planeringen ska medarbetare anm\u00e4la f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet minst tre m\u00e5nader f\u00f6re ledighetens b\u00f6rjan eller s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt. Vid f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet i direkt samband med huvudsemester b\u00f6r anm\u00e4lan g\u00f6ras samtidigt som semesterans\u00f6kan.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna \u00e4r s\u00e5ledes en avvikelse fr\u00e5n vad som annars g\u00e4ller enligt f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetslagen. G\u00e4llande tj\u00e4nster som till\u00e4mpar kollektivavtalet med V\u00e5rdf\u00f6rbundet g\u00e4ller regler om ans\u00f6kan om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet enligt f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetslagen, d\u00e4r anm\u00e4lan om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet ska g\u00f6ras minst tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader f\u00f6re ledighetens b\u00f6rjan eller s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e5gor och svar g\u00e4llande det nya m\u00e5nadsvisa f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e5ga:<\/strong><br \/>\nHur ska f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget fastst\u00e4llas?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Svar:<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget ska fastst\u00e4llas i samband med att medarbetarens f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas och sedan ska f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget betalas ut m\u00e5nadsvis under f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetsperioden, om inte arbetsgivare och medarbetare kommer \u00f6verens om annat. F\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget fastst\u00e4lls utifr\u00e5n anst\u00e4llningstiden vid ledighetens b\u00f6rjan och avg\u00f6r hur m\u00e5nga m\u00e5naders f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gg medarbetaren \u00e4r ber\u00e4ttigad till (l\u00e4ngst sex m\u00e5nader). Det antal m\u00e5nader medarbetaren \u00e4r ber\u00e4ttigad till betalas sedan ut l\u00f6pande under ledigheten. Vid ber\u00e4kningen av f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gg utg\u00e5r man fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena vid den tidpunkt d\u00e5 ledigheten p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas. Det \u00e4r den d\u00e5 aktuella m\u00e5nadsl\u00f6nen som ligger till grund f\u00f6r ber\u00e4kningen av beloppet.<\/p>\n<p>Exempel: En medarbetare ska vara f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledig i nio m\u00e5nader och har varit anst\u00e4lld i tv\u00e5 \u00e5r. Medarbetaren \u00e4r s\u00e5ledes ber\u00e4ttigad till tre m\u00e5naders f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gg som ska utbetalas l\u00f6pande under de tre f\u00f6rsta m\u00e5naderna av f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledigheten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e5ga:<\/strong><br \/>\nOm en medarbetare f\u00f6rl\u00e4nger sin f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet, \u00f6kas f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget med motsvarande period?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Svar:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledigheten inleds med en ledighet som omfattar en m\u00e5nad och medarbetaren \u00e4r ber\u00e4ttigad till tre m\u00e5naders f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gg, utg\u00e5r endast f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gg f\u00f6r den perioden, det vill s\u00e4ga en m\u00e5nad. Om medarbetaren sedan f\u00f6rl\u00e4nger sin f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet att ist\u00e4llet omfatta tre m\u00e5nader, f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras ledigheten och blir tv\u00e5 perioder. F\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gg utg\u00e5r endast f\u00f6r den f\u00f6rsta perioden och f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget anses d\u00e4rmed vara f\u00f6rbrukat eftersom f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget inte f\u00e5r delas upp i flera perioder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e5ga:<\/strong><br \/>\nHur skall ber\u00e4kningen g\u00f6ras om man ans\u00f6ker om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledigt fr o m\u202foch t o m en period men i varierande ledighetsgrad. Skall det d\u00e5 r\u00e4knas ut ett snitt som utbetalas varje m\u00e5nad?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Svar:<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gg utg\u00e5r endast f\u00f6r en period. N\u00e4r det sker en \u00e4ndring av ledigheten \u00e4r det en ny period. F\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighetstill\u00e4gget utg\u00e5r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r enbart f\u00f6r den\u00a0f\u00f6rsta perioden.
