P\u00e5 minussidan listas nyord som&nbsp;zoomfatigue, teamstr\u00f6tthet och slackutmattning.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Katarina Gospic \u2013 l\u00e4kare, disputerad hj\u00e4rnforskare och f\u00f6rfattare till bland annat den nyutkomna boken Digital tsunami (Bonner Fakta) \u2013 \u00e4r inte f\u00f6rv\u00e5nad \u00f6ver att de negativa effekterna visar sig nu:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013&nbsp;Det arbetss\u00e4tt som m\u00e5nga fastnat i, med m\u00f6ten som avl\u00f6ser varandra och en k\u00e4nsla av att inte hinna med de egentliga arbetsuppgifterna, tror jag beror p\u00e5 att m\u00e5nga har missat att analysera hur arbetet ska utf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt. Genom att pr\u00f6va sig fram kring vad som fungerar b\u00e4st och vad som beh\u00f6ver utvecklas, blir det l\u00e4ttare att skapa en h\u00e5llbar arbetsvardag.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Att se till den individuella&nbsp;UX-upplevelsen av arbetet tror jag \u00e4r den fr\u00e4msta nyckeln. Vad beh\u00f6ver till exempel en person p\u00e5 HR f\u00f6r att lyckas och vad beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5gon som&nbsp;jobbar p\u00e5 ekonomi? De har inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis samma fl\u00f6de f\u00f6r en lyckad arbetsdag.&nbsp;Jag tror inte p\u00e5&nbsp;<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">one&nbsp;size&nbsp;fits all.&nbsp;<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Genom analys \u00f6kar f\u00f6rst\u00e5elsen f\u00f6r hur&nbsp;man&nbsp;kan st\u00f6tta en person f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 b\u00e4st utfall.
