Med utg\u00e5ngspunkt i omtanken om en medm\u00e4nniska handlar det inte om att kr\u00e4nka n\u00e5gons privatliv. Som arbetsgivare kan du exempelvis fr\u00e5ga hur arbetet fungerar och om det \u00e4r n\u00e5got som du som arbetsgivare kan g\u00f6ra. Sedan b\u00f6r man g\u00f6ra upp en handlingsplan. Vilka alternativ finns? Vad \u00e4r b\u00e4sta v\u00e4gen fram\u00e5t? Hur g\u00f6r vi med uppf\u00f6ljning? Med tanke p\u00e5 att situationen kan utmynna i en r\u00e4ttslig process kan det \u00e4ven vara bra att dokumentera dessa samtal. Be \u00e4ven den utsatte sj\u00e4lv att dokumentera, s\u00e4ger Maria Morberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsmyndigheten har tagit fram webbkurser i hur agera som chef eller kollega och v\u00e4gledningsmaterial f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka kunskapen generellt. Trakasserier, hot och v\u00e5ld \u00e4r aldrig acceptabelt, varken p\u00e5 eller utanf\u00f6r arbetet, men det f\u00f6rekommer.
