{"id":35379,"date":"2021-03-25T13:06:20","date_gmt":"2021-03-25T12:06:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/?p=35379"},"modified":"2022-03-25T14:13:53","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T13:13:53","slug":"korttidsarbete-samma-regler-och-stodnivaer-for-jan-jun-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2021\/03\/korttidsarbete-samma-regler-och-stodnivaer-for-jan-jun-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Korttidsarbete: Samma regler och st\u00f6dniv\u00e5er f\u00f6r jan-jun 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro\">Riksdagen beslutade den 24 mars 2021 att samma regler och st\u00f6dniv\u00e5er ska g\u00e4lla f\u00f6r hela perioden januari &#8211; juni 2021.<\/p>\n<p><em>Texten nedan \u00e4r r\u00e4ttad och f\u00f6rtydligad 2021-03-31 d\u00e5 vi insett att tidigare formuleringar kunnat ge upphov till missf\u00f6rst\u00e5nd.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Det ska vara m\u00f6jligt att s\u00f6ka st\u00f6d f\u00f6r korttidsarbete upp till 80 procent av arbetstiden med en l\u00f6nesubvention fr\u00e5n staten p\u00e5 maximalt 75 procent \u00e4ven under april till och med juni 2021. Det inneb\u00e4r att det statliga st\u00f6det inte s\u00e4nks f\u00f6r april till och med juni 2021. L\u00f6neavdraget vid permittering ska ligga kvar p\u00e5 samma niv\u00e5er som tidigare beslutats f\u00f6r januari \u2013 mars. Avtal som \u00e4r tr\u00e4ffade enligt tidigare g\u00e4llande regler f\u00f6r april till och med juni 2021 bygger p\u00e5 st\u00f6rre l\u00f6neavdrag \u00e4n de nu beslutade. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r m\u00e5ste redan tr\u00e4ffade avtal med fackf\u00f6reningar och anst\u00e4llda som avser perioden april till och med juni 2021 \u00e4ndras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lokala kollektivavtal tr\u00e4ffade om korttidsarbete avseende april till och med juni 2021 m\u00e5ste \u00e4ndras<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Riksdagen \u00e4ndrade lagstiftningen om korttidsarbete den 24 mars 2021 avseende niv\u00e5n p\u00e5 subvention till f\u00f6retag och niv\u00e5n p\u00e5 l\u00f6nes\u00e4nkning f\u00f6r permitterade anst\u00e4llda. F\u00f6retag som redan har tr\u00e4ffat kollektivavtal med sina fackliga motparter om korttidsarbete \u00e4ven f\u00f6r tiden april till och med juni 2021 m\u00e5ste \u00e4ndra dessa om de vill f\u00e5 st\u00f6d f\u00f6r april till och med juni 2021. Nytt lokalt kollektivavtal beh\u00f6ver tr\u00e4ffas med fackliga motparter och ny information l\u00e4mnas till ber\u00f6rda anst\u00e4llda. (Den tidigare regleringen innebar att kollektivavtal om korttidspermittering f\u00f6r april till och med juni 2021 skulle medf\u00f6ra en l\u00f6nes\u00e4nkning p\u00e5 8, 12 och 14 procent). Riksdagsbeslutet den 24 mars g\u00f6r att de anst\u00e4lldas l\u00f6neminskningar p\u00e5 grund av korttidsarbetet blir kvar p\u00e5 samma niv\u00e5 som f\u00f6r perioden januari-mars 2021. Det inneb\u00e4r f\u00f6r permittering avseende april, maj och juni 2021;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 procent av ordinarie arbetstid \u2013 l\u00f6neminskning 4 procent,<\/li>\n<li>40 procent av ordinarie arbetstid \u2013 l\u00f6neminskning 6 procent,<\/li>\n<li>60 procent av ordinarie arbetstid \u2013 l\u00f6neminskning 7,5 procent eller<\/li>\n<li>80 procent av ordinarie arbetstid \u2013 l\u00f6neminskning 12 procent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Det \u00e4r from 24 mars 2021 m\u00f6jligt att tr\u00e4ffa avtal om 80 procents permittering \u00e4ven f\u00f6r april, maj och juni 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6retag som inte \u00e4r bundna av kollektivavtal beh\u00f6ver tr\u00e4ffa nya avtal med anst\u00e4llda om de vill forts\u00e4tta permittera under april till och med juni<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6retag som inte \u00e4r bundna av kollektivavtal men som har tr\u00e4ffat enskilda avtal om korttidspermittering m\u00e5ste tr\u00e4ffa nya avtal med minst 70 procent av de anst\u00e4llda om permitteringen ska forts\u00e4tta f\u00f6r april till och med juni 2021.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6neminskningen f\u00f6r april till och med juni 2021 ska vara samma som januari \u2013 mars 2021. (Den tidigare regleringen innebar att avtal om korttidspermittering f\u00f6r april till och med juni 2021 skulle medf\u00f6ra en l\u00f6nes\u00e4nkning p\u00e5 8, 12 och 14 procent).
