{"id":34932,"date":"2021-03-04T13:51:41","date_gmt":"2021-03-04T12:51:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/?p=34932"},"modified":"2022-03-25T14:16:39","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T13:16:39","slug":"nytt-bingoavtal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2021\/03\/nytt-bingoavtal\/","title":{"rendered":"Nytt Bingoavtal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro\">Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagen och Hotell- och restaurangfacket tr\u00e4ffade den 22 februari 2021 ett nytt kollektivavtal f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda i bingohallar f\u00f6r perioden 1 januari 2021\u201330 november 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Avtalet \u00e4r i niv\u00e5 med det s\u00e5 kallade m\u00e4rket p\u00e5 5,4 % f\u00f6rdelat p\u00e5 35 m\u00e5nader med tv\u00e5 l\u00f6nerevisioner \u2013 den 1 juli 2021 och den 1 december 2022. Avtalet inneh\u00e5ller ingen retroaktivitet f\u00f6r perioden 1 december 2020 \u2013 30 juni 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Premier f\u00f6r SAF-LO-pension erl\u00e4ggs idag fr\u00e5n 25 \u00e5rs \u00e5lder. En avr\u00e4kning har gjorts med totalt 0,35 % p\u00e5 utg\u00e5ende l\u00f6ner och tarifferna f\u00f6r en s\u00e4nkning av premieinbetalnings\u00e5ldern i SAF-LO-pensionen fr\u00e5n 25 \u00e5r till 22 \u00e5r. F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen kommer att inf\u00f6ras successivt under avtalsperioden, vilket kommer framg\u00e5 av fakturorna fr\u00e5n Fora.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00f6ner<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Utg\u00e5ende l\u00f6ner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Utg\u00e5ende l\u00f6ner i avtalet h\u00f6js f\u00f6r heltidsanst\u00e4lld personal enligt f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>1 juli 2021<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>736 kr\/m\u00e5n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td>(respektive 4,25 kr\/timme)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>1 december 2022<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>598 kr\/m\u00e5n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td>(respektive 3,45 kr\/timme)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Med h\u00f6jning av <strong>utg\u00e5ende l\u00f6n <\/strong>menas att l\u00f6nen h\u00f6js med ovanst\u00e5ende krontal f\u00f6r de medarbetare som \u00e4r anst\u00e4llda i bolaget vid respektive revisionstidpunkt. F\u00f6r deltidsanst\u00e4lld personal h\u00f6js l\u00f6nerna i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden.<\/p>\n<p>Som ovan n\u00e4mnts har avr\u00e4kning gjorts f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna i SAF-LO-planen. Detta g\u00f6rs med 0,18 % per den 1 juli 2021 och 0,17 % per den 1 december 2022. Totalt under avtalsperioden avr\u00e4knas d\u00e4rmed 0,35 %. Detta g\u00f6rs med 0,18 % per den 1 juli 2021 och 0,17 % per den 1 december 2022. Vid annat arbetstidsm\u00e5tt proportioneras beloppet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndring i kollektivavtalet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ny \u00a7 3 mom 8 &#8211; Upph\u00f6rande av anst\u00e4llning vid olovlig fr\u00e5nvaro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arbetstagare som uteblivit fr\u00e5n arbetet 15 kalenderdagar, utan att till arbetsgivaren anm\u00e4lt sin fr\u00e5nvaro, ska anses ha avslutat sin anst\u00e4llning p\u00e5 egen beg\u00e4ran utan iakttagande av upps\u00e4gningstid. N\u00e4r anst\u00e4llningen upph\u00f6r p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt ska arbetsgivaren underr\u00e4tta den anst\u00e4llde skriftligen. Underr\u00e4ttelsen skickas till den anst\u00e4lldes senast angivna adress. Kopia av underr\u00e4ttelsen ska skickas till HRF.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anm\u00e4rkning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Arbetsgivaren ska, under den anst\u00e4lldes fr\u00e5nvaro, vara aktiv och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 reda p\u00e5 sk\u00e4len till den anst\u00e4lldes fr\u00e5nvaro.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e5r kommentar till \u00e4ndringen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Om arbetstagare f\u00f6rsvinner \u00e4r det av vikt att arbetsgivaren kan visa att man gjort vad man kunnat f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 tag i personen. Du som arbetsgivare beh\u00f6ver kunna styrka att du p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt komma i kontakt med arbetstagaren. Exempel kan vara telefon, mail, sms, brev, kontakt med anh\u00f6riga m.m. Dokumentera dina kontaktf\u00f6rs\u00f6k.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c4ndring i \u00a7 3 Anst\u00e4llning, upps\u00e4gning m.m. &#8211; Mom 2 Tidsbegr\u00e4nsad anst\u00e4llning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Till en tidsbegr\u00e4nsad anst\u00e4llning som bed\u00f6ms f\u00e5 en varaktighet av h\u00f6gst 14 dagar g\u00e4ller inte f\u00f6retr\u00e4desr\u00e4tt till \u00e5teranst\u00e4llning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e5r kommentar till \u00e4ndringen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Den nya regeln \u00e4r en f\u00f6renkling av f\u00f6retr\u00e4desr\u00e4ttsreglerna till \u00e5teranst\u00e4llning i LAS. Arbetsgivare har genom denna regel m\u00f6jlighet att anst\u00e4lla personal p\u00e5 korta anst\u00e4llningar om h\u00f6gst 14 dagar \u00e4ven om det finns andra som har f\u00f6retr\u00e4desr\u00e4tt till \u00e5teranst\u00e4llning p\u00e5 samma driftsenhet.
