Om arbetsgivaren h\u00f6jer l\u00f6nen vid ett senare datum s\u00e5 \u00e4r det fr\u00e5n den 1 januari 2021 som arbetstagaren ska ha en retroaktiv h\u00f6jning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6ner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Utg\u00e5ende l\u00f6ner h\u00f6js den 1 januari 2021, f\u00f6r den som \u00e4r anst\u00e4lld 31 december 2020, med 726 kr\/m\u00e5n. F\u00f6r den som \u00e4r anst\u00e4lld 31 maj 2022 h\u00f6js utg\u00e5ende l\u00f6n den 1 juni 2022 med 589 kr\/m\u00e5n.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r deltidsanst\u00e4lld personal h\u00f6js l\u00f6nerna i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden.<\/p>\n<p>Tariffer h\u00f6js procentuellt. Arbetsgruppen ska ta fram f\u00f6rslag till hur framtidens jobb i branschen kan bli attraktiva f\u00f6r b\u00e5de f\u00f6retag och medarbetare. Arbetsgruppen ska bland annat titta p\u00e5 arbetstider och d\u00e4rmed sammanh\u00e4ngande ers\u00e4ttningar. Arbetet ska ske i n\u00e4ra samarbete med lokala parter.
