Uppg\u00f6relsen avser avtalsomr\u00e5det gym- och friskv\u00e5rdsf\u00f6retag och kompletterar tidigare tr\u00e4ffade avtal om korttidsarbete.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/2020\/12\/forbundsoverenskommelse-korttidsarbete-1-januari-2021-30-juni-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00d6verenskommelse om korttidsarbete f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">I och med \u00f6verenskommelsen \u00e4r det nu m\u00f6jligt att tr\u00e4ffa lokala avtal om korttidspermittering som l\u00f6per under perioden 1 januari \u2013 30 juni 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">Reglerna om\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/medlem.arbetsgivarguiden.se\/a-till-o\/415#section-2106\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">korttidsarbete finns detaljerat beskrivna i Almegas arbetsgivarguide\u00a0<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">\u00a0(inloggning kr\u00e4vs).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">Lokala avtal kr\u00e4vs<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6r att kunna utnyttja m\u00f6jligheten till korttidsarbete beh\u00f6ver ni skriva ett lokalt avtal med era fackliga motparter.
