Om inte heller de centrala parterna kan enas ska potten f\u00f6rdelas generellt det vill s\u00e4ga l\u00e4ggas ut lika f\u00f6r alla med 336 kr per m\u00e5nad (1,93 kronor per timme).<\/p>\n<p>Part som \u00f6nskar f\u00f6rhandla om f\u00f6rdelning ska senast den <strong>22 januari 2021<\/strong> beg\u00e4ra f\u00f6rhandling hos den andra parten. Om s\u00e5dan f\u00f6rhandling inte beg\u00e4rs ska potten l\u00e4ggas ut generellt. Beg\u00e4ran om central f\u00f6rhandling ska vara motparten tillhanda senast den <strong>13 april 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Lokal l\u00f6nebildning<\/h3>\n<p>Lokala parter kan komma \u00f6verens om att disponera det sammanlagda utrymmet f\u00f6r utg\u00e5ende l\u00f6ner och individuell f\u00f6rdelning som en lokal l\u00f6nebildning. L\u00f6neniv\u00e5erna f\u00e5r dock inte understiga l\u00f6nen i minimil\u00f6netabellen.<\/p>\n<p>De centrala parterna \u00e4r positivt inst\u00e4llda till att de lokala parterna arbetar med l\u00f6nebildning. Lokala parterna ges d\u00e4rf\u00f6r m\u00f6jligheter att arbeta med lokal l\u00f6nebildningsmodell som ett alternativ till den modell som fastst\u00e4llt i detta avtal.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00d6vrigt<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Anst\u00e4llningstidstill\u00e4gg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arbetstagare som efter fyllda 18 \u00e5r varit anst\u00e4lld i f\u00f6retaget i fem \u00e5r erh\u00e5ller anst\u00e4llningstill\u00e4gg med 81 \u00f6re per timme.
