Den f\u00f6rsta delen av det varsel som LO-f\u00f6rbunden har lagt inneb\u00e4r nyanst\u00e4llningsblockad samt \u00f6vertids- och mertidsblockad. Denna del av varslet g\u00e5r ig\u00e5ng p\u00e5 fredag den 18 december kl 06.00.<\/p>\n<p>Den andra delen inneb\u00e4r total arbetsnedl\u00e4ggelse av allt bemanningsarbete vid ett antal utpekade kundf\u00f6retag. Denna del av varslet g\u00e5r ig\u00e5ng kl 06.00 den 7 januari 2021 f\u00f6rutsatt att parterna inte innan dess har tr\u00e4ffat nytt avtal.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har f\u00e5tt k\u00e4nnedom om att facken p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga h\u00e5ll i landet har kallat till m\u00f6ten med anledning av den f\u00f6rest\u00e5ende konflikten. Ni har som arbetsgivare r\u00e4tt att vidta de \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som ni bed\u00f6mer n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga f\u00f6r att s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt m\u00f6jligt begr\u00e4nsa effekterna av konflikten.<\/p>\n<p>Ni har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r r\u00e4tt att g\u00e5 ut och fr\u00e5ga era anst\u00e4llda om de har f\u00f6r avsikt att delta i konflikten och be dem svara skriftligt p\u00e5 detta. Oorganiserade arbetstagare, allts\u00e5 de som inte \u00e4r med i facket, ber\u00f6rs inte direkt av konflikten och arbetar som vanligt. De har dock r\u00e4tt att v\u00e4lja att f\u00f6rh\u00e5lla sig neutrala, vilket betyder att de kan neka till mertids- och \u00f6vertidsarbete. \u00c4r s\u00e5dant arbete redan inbokat i schema b\u00f6r de ans\u00f6ka om tj\u00e4nstledighet (utan l\u00f6n) f\u00f6r dessa pass under den tid som konflikten p\u00e5g\u00e5r. Vi vill understryka att fr\u00e5gan ska st\u00e4llas utifr\u00e5n avsikt att delta i konflikt och inte utifr\u00e5n medlemskap i facklig organisation, f\u00f6r att inte upplevas som on\u00f6digt provocerande.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/2020\/12\/blankett-om-avsikt-att-delta-i-stridsatgard-overtidsblockad.docx\">Blankett som kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att fr\u00e5ga medarbetare om de t\u00e4nker delta i \u00f6vertidsblockaden<\/a> (word, inloggning kr\u00e4vs)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r ett f\u00f6retag varslas eller hamnar i en utbruten konflikt v\u00e4cker det inte s\u00e4llan m\u00e5nga k\u00e4nslor hos de olika parterna. Ibland kan man tolka information p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt. Det \u00e4r viktigt att man som arbetsgivare h\u00e5ller en saklig ton men f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ocks\u00e5 informerar korrekt.
