Men i och med pandemin befinner vi oss i ett l\u00e4ge d\u00e4r det f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas av oss alla att vara f\u00f6rsiktiga och f\u00f6lja regeringens rekommendationer \u2013 en arbetsgivare kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta sig\u00a0 st\u00f6rre f\u00f6rsiktighet av sina anst\u00e4llda, \u00e4ven utanf\u00f6r arbetstid. Till exempel om verksamheten i sig inneb\u00e4r att det finns riskgrupper p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen, som p\u00e5 ett \u00e4ldreboende. D\u00e5 kan arbetsgivaren f\u00f6ra en dialog med medarbetarna om vad som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas av dem i form av f\u00f6rsiktighet inf\u00f6r att bli smittad p\u00e5 fritiden och insk\u00e4rpa riskerna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00e5n smittsynpunkt kan det snarare \u00e4n ett restaurangbes\u00f6k, vara sj\u00e4lva transporten till arbetet som inneb\u00e4r st\u00f6rst risk om det sker med kommunala f\u00e4rdmedel i rusningstrafik. D\u00e5 kan man som arbetsgivare fundera p\u00e5 om schemal\u00e4ggningen kan \u00e4ndras p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att medarbetarna ska kunna ta sig till arbetet under tider d\u00e5 f\u00e4rre reser. Samtidigt \u00e4r det viktigt att fundera p\u00e5 vilket ansvar arbetsgivaren vill ta f\u00f6r hur medarbetarna kommer till arbetsplatsen och vilka konsekvenser det kan f\u00e5 i f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I denna pandemi har b\u00e5de verksamheter och individer skyldigheter att bidra till minskad smittspridning. F\u00f6ljs inte reglerna kan det leda till konsekvenser. Om till exempel det kommer till arbetsgivarens k\u00e4nnedom att en medarbetare g\u00e5tt p\u00e5 ett st\u00f6rre festarrangemang\u00a0 d\u00e4r smittorisken varit h\u00f6g, kan det vara rimligt att skicka hem den personen med uppmaningen att testa sig f\u00f6r\u00a0coronasmitta\u00a0innan personen f\u00e5r komma\u00a0tillbaka till arbetsplatsen.
