L\u00e4s ledarskapsexpertens spaningar kring de viktigaste fr\u00e5gorna f\u00f6r framtidens organisationer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Digitaliseringen av arbetslivet har tagit stora utvecklingskliv i samband med pandemin, men n\u00e4r den \u00e4r \u00f6ver \u00e4r det \u00e4r inte tekniken som fr\u00e4mst kommer att omforma framtidens arbetsliv:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Den fr\u00e4msta utmaningen f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagen \u00e4r kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen. Det visar bland annat en rapport som vi tog fram tillsammans med Almega f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret. Att vi nu befinner oss i en pandemi \u00e4ndrar inte det faktum att kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen \u00e4r n\u00e5got alla f\u00f6retag och organisationer kommer att beh\u00f6va fokusera p\u00e5 f\u00f6r framtiden, s\u00e4ger Anki Udd, ledarskapsutvecklare p\u00e5 Sveriges chefsorganisation Ledarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapporten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/2019\/07\/framtidens-ledarskap_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201dFramtidens ledarskap\u201d<\/a> visar att f\u00f6retag f\u00f6r att kunna forts\u00e4tta att v\u00e4xa m\u00e5ste arbeta systematiskt med medarbetarnas kompetens. I dag saknas det tillg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 vissa kompetenser, medan andra helt eller delvis m\u00e5ste st\u00e4lla om, n\u00e4r gamla jobb f\u00f6rsvinner och nya tillkommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det h\u00e4r inneb\u00e4r att organisationskulturen kommer att bli en central fr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r att kunna attrahera r\u00e4tt personer. F\u00f6r att locka r\u00e4tt kompetens r\u00e4cker det inte att konkurrera med l\u00f6n, f\u00f6retagen m\u00e5ste jobba allt mer med mjuka v\u00e4rden, s\u00e4ger Anki Udd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att arbeta med arbetsmilj\u00f6fr\u00e5gor, som till exempel socialt inkluderande, kommer att vara avg\u00f6rande. Kravet p\u00e5 ett mer flexibelt arbetsliv kommer att finnas kvar \u00e4ven efter Covid, men eftersom teknik som m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r det, \u00e4ven kan tippa \u00f6ver till ett gr\u00e4nsl\u00f6st arbete, st\u00e4lls h\u00f6gre krav p\u00e5 gott ledarskap.<br>\u2013 Att leda p\u00e5 distans under pandemin har, enligt m\u00e5nga av v\u00e5ra medlemmar, fungerat \u00f6ver f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan. Men det kan ocks\u00e5 medf\u00f6ra \u00f6kad stress, s\u00e4ger Anki Udd. Ett ledarskap p\u00e5 distans kr\u00e4ver ofta mer tid med varje enskild medarbetare f\u00f6r att kunna f\u00e5nga upp hur de m\u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 I dag f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig medarbetare ett gott ledarskap, men f\u00f6r att kunna leva upp till det m\u00e5ste chefen ha tid. Det \u00e4r oroande att Sveriges chefer tror att de i framtiden kommer att beh\u00f6va g\u00f6ra mer av allt, vilket framg\u00e5r av rapporten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ledarna.se\/om-ledarna\/nyheter\/rapporter\/i-forandringens-riktning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201dI f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringens riktning\u201d<\/a>. Det s\u00e4ger sig sj\u00e4lvt att det inte \u00e4r h\u00e5llbart. Min f\u00f6rhoppning \u00e4r att chefer ska f\u00e5 mer st\u00f6d i framtiden, bland annat administrativ. Det m\u00e5ste vara attraktivt att vara ledare med rimliga f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar, annars l\u00e4mnar kompetenta chefer eller s\u00e5 blir de sjuka, s\u00e4ger Anki Udd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns en annan trend som l\u00f6per parallellt med kraven p\u00e5 kontinuerlig kompetensutveckling \u2013 gigekonomin. De som har en specifik eftertraktad kompetens kommer i allt h\u00f6gre utstr\u00e4ckning att kunna v\u00e4lja sina uppdrag, medan de som inte uppdaterar sin kunskap kontinuerligt kommer att h\u00e4nvisas till arbeten med allt s\u00e4mre villkor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I framtiden kommer kravet p\u00e5 att h\u00e5lla sig anst\u00e4llningsbar \u00f6ka och medarbetaren m\u00e5ste se till att ge uttryck f\u00f6r vad den beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4ra sig, samtidigt som organisationen planerar f\u00f6r den kompetens som beh\u00f6vs fram\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det r\u00e4cker inte l\u00e4ngre
