Regler om detta finns i \u00a7 2 mom 3 i kollektivavtalet med LO-f\u00f6rbunden samt i Kompetensf\u00f6retagens etiska regler. Neutraliteten inneb\u00e4r att bemanningsf\u00f6retaget s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt som m\u00f6jligt ska agera s\u00e5 att vi vare sig f\u00f6rst\u00e4rker eller lindrar effekten av den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende konflikten.<\/p>\n<p>Kompetensf\u00f6retagen \u00e4r inte \u00e4r part i de varsel som l\u00e4ggs mot kundf\u00f6retagen. V\u00e5ra medlemsf\u00f6retag och det arbete som deras anst\u00e4llda utf\u00f6r omfattas d\u00e4rmed inte av de varslade strids\u00e5tg\u00e4rderna.<\/p>\n<p>Vi uppmanar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r v\u00e5ra medlemsf\u00f6retag att f\u00f6rh\u00e5lla sig neutrala genom att inte f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra omfattningen av inhyrning i samband med en varslad konflikt. Kompetensf\u00f6retagens medlemsf\u00f6retag ska d\u00e4rf\u00f6r varken minska eller ut\u00f6ka omfattningen av bemanningen p\u00e5 grund av det lagda varslet.<\/p>\n<p>Med konflikt avses en utbruten strejk, blockad eller liknande. Enbart ett varsel \u00e4r inte en konflikt. Bemanningsf\u00f6retagen b\u00f6r dock inte ut\u00f6ka sina \u00e5taganden inf\u00f6r en stundande konflikt eller \u00f6ka uthyrningen till kunder som \u00e4r uttagna i konflikt. Ett uppdrag f\u00f6r att ut\u00f6ka arbetsstyrkan hos en kund inf\u00f6r en stundande konflikt kan av de fackliga organisationerna uppfattas som en inblandning i konflikten.<\/p>\n<p>Om en facklig organisation anser att f\u00f6retagen som \u00e4r uttagna i konflikt bryter mot konflikten genom att ta in bemanningsf\u00f6retag kan de ut\u00f6ka konflikten mot kundf\u00f6retaget. Det \u00e4r den fackliga organisationen som beslutar i vilken omfattning de vill tillgripa strids\u00e5tg\u00e4rder och p\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt samt mot vilket f\u00f6retag de riktar sig.
