Och med detta f\u00f6ljer nya ledarskapsutmaningar. Almegas HR-chef Jenny Moberg delar med sig av sin erfarenhet, f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa andra ledare att navigera i det digitala arbetslandskapet.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e4r pandemin svepte in \u00f6ver landet tvingades m\u00e5nga chefer att \u00e4gna dagarna \u00e5t brandk\u00e5rsutryckningar, kring det som f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet var mest akut f\u00f6r att kunna h\u00e5lla verksamheten ig\u00e5ng. Men nu n\u00e4r det flesta praktiska l\u00f6sningar \u00e4r p\u00e5 plats, \u00e4r det ett bra tillf\u00e4lle att ta sig tid till att h\u00f6ja blicken. Det menar Jenny Moberg, HR-chef och arbetsr\u00e4ttsexpert p\u00e5 Almega:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det \u00e4r viktigt att forma ett ledarskap som inte bara hanterar det som p\u00e5g\u00e5r h\u00e4r och nu, utan ocks\u00e5 m\u00e5lar upp en framtidsvision. Genom att du som chef tydligg\u00f6r m\u00e5lbild och en riktning fram\u00e5t, blir det l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r dina medarbetare att ta eget sj\u00e4lvledarskap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tydlighet och en gemensam m\u00e5lbild skapar f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att medarbetarna ska f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur de kan bidra, de v\u00e5gar ta fler egna initiativ och det skapar engagemang. En gemensam m\u00e5lbild hj\u00e4lper ocks\u00e5 till att h\u00e5lla ihop gruppen, menar Jenny Moberg. Samtidigt g\u00e4ller det att vara vaksam, s\u00e5 att \u00e4ven de sj\u00e4lvg\u00e5ende f\u00e5r r\u00e4tt st\u00f6d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 En risk i ledarrollen p\u00e5 distans&nbsp;\u00e4r&nbsp;att man som chef \u00e4gnar v\u00e4ldigt mycket tid \u00e5t medarbetare som av olika anledningar beh\u00f6ver mycket st\u00f6d. Men man ska&nbsp;inte gl\u00f6mma att seniora och drivna medarbetare ocks\u00e5 kan beh\u00f6va st\u00f6d, hj\u00e4lp med v\u00e4gval och uppm\u00e4rksamhet,&nbsp;\u00e4ven om det&nbsp;kanske&nbsp;\u00e4r&nbsp;av en annan art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redan f\u00f6re pandemin p\u00e5gick en omvandling av arbetslivet i sp\u00e5ren av globaliseringen och digitaliseringen, men med Covid-19 tog utvecklingen ett stort kliv fram\u00e5t. Och idag ser vi n\u00e5gra faktorer som \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att kunna leda p\u00e5 distans:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Kommunikation \u00e4r alltid viktigt f\u00f6r att&nbsp;kunna&nbsp;leda andra, men det \u00e4r tydligt att ett ledarskap p\u00e5 distans kr\u00e4ver \u00e4nnu&nbsp;mer struktur&nbsp;av kommunikationen:&nbsp;vad som ska s\u00e4gas, n\u00e4r det ska kommuniceras&nbsp;och i vilken kanal. Att leda p\u00e5 distans kr\u00e4ver ocks\u00e5&nbsp;t\u00e4tare dialog med medarbetarna, s\u00e4ger Jenny Moberg och forts\u00e4tter:<br>\u2013&nbsp;Det&nbsp;betyder&nbsp;att du som chef&nbsp;m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger m\u00e5ste vara&nbsp;beredd att kliva in mer i den privata sf\u00e4ren hos dina medarbetare, f\u00f6r att kunna f\u00e5nga upp s\u00e5nt som annars kan l\u00e4sas av&nbsp;genom exempelvis&nbsp;kroppsspr\u00e5ket&nbsp;hos en medarbetare&nbsp;vid kaffemaskinen&nbsp;p\u00e5 kontoret.&nbsp;Genom att systematisera t\u00e4tare samtal kan&nbsp;du l\u00e4ttare&nbsp;m\u00e4rka skillnad \u00f6ver tid och \u00f6kar&nbsp;dina&nbsp;chanser&nbsp;att kunna f\u00e5nga upp n\u00e5gon som m\u00e5r d\u00e5ligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att vara chef p\u00e5 distans inneb\u00e4r att man m\u00e5ste utmana sig sj\u00e4lv, men&nbsp;parallellt med&nbsp;de nya kraven&nbsp;\u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 viktigt att ge sig sj\u00e4lv tid till \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning och utveckling, p\u00e5pekar Jenny Moberg:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det finns inget facit f\u00f6r de nya f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna vi lever med, vi leder och l\u00e4r p\u00e5 samma g\u00e5ng. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r tror jag att det \u00e4r viktigt att som chef ge sig sj\u00e4lv tid att reflektera och samtala med andra chefer om de utmaningar man m\u00f6ter i vardagen. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt att organisationen bist\u00e5r med kunskapsp\u00e5fyllnad och verktyg.
