P\u00e5 Vardagsfrid tror vi inte p\u00e5 hierarkier, utan f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jobba tillsammans i samf\u00f6rst\u00e5nd. Laget f\u00f6re jaget &#8211; att jobba ihop som ett kollektiv, \u00e4r det viktigaste f\u00f6r oss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vardagsfrid har nyligen b\u00f6rjat med en f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningsserie om hur ekonomin p\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget fungerar. Torkel ber\u00e4ttar mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker rekrytera internt. Vi har till exempel precis rekryterat en ny l\u00f6neansvarig. Hon b\u00f6rjade som st\u00e4dare, men kommer fr\u00e5n \u00e5rsskiftet att vara ansvarig f\u00f6r alla 150 medarbetares l\u00f6ner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Torkel beskriver att internrekryteringar \u00e4r positivt f\u00f6r b\u00e5de medarbetarna som ser att det finns en m\u00f6jlighet att utvecklas inom f\u00f6retaget och f\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget som kan rekrytera drivna och duktiga personer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;Vi f\u00e5r j\u00e4ttefin respons och \u00e4r s\u00e5 klart stolta och glada \u00f6ver att ha ett s\u00e5 duktigt och drivet
