D\u00e4refter beslutar Tillv\u00e4xtverket om det slutgiltiga st\u00f6det f\u00f6r perioden. Det st\u00f6d som ni f\u00e5tt f\u00f6r korttidsarbete \u00e4r prelimin\u00e4rt ber\u00e4knat och ni kan bli \u00e5terbetalningsskyldiga om st\u00f6det betalats ut med f\u00f6r h\u00f6gt belopp.<\/p>\n<p>Den information som Tillv\u00e4xtverket l\u00e4mnat kring uppf\u00f6ljningen \u00e4r hittills knapph\u00e4ndig men det finns n\u00e5gra saker vi vill g\u00f6ra dig medveten om.<\/p>\n<p>Vi informerar samtidigt om vad som g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som beviljats st\u00f6d och bed\u00f6mer att det finns behov av f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning av st\u00f6det.<\/p>\n<h3>G\u00f6r avst\u00e4mning med Tillv\u00e4xtverket i tid<\/h3>\n<p>Du som arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra anm\u00e4lan till Tillv\u00e4xtverket n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r avst\u00e4mning. Anm\u00e4lan m\u00e5ste ske <em>senast tv\u00e5 veckor efter tredje st\u00f6dm\u00e5nadens utg\u00e5ng<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De f\u00f6retag som s\u00f6kt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r mars ska enligt reglerna l\u00e4mna in sin anm\u00e4lan nu, men Tillv\u00e4xtverket har meddelat att den f\u00f6rsta avst\u00e4mningsperioden senarelagts till 16 \u2013 30 juni.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som s\u00f6kt st\u00f6d med start f\u00f6r korttidsarbetet i april, ska anm\u00e4lan f\u00f6r avst\u00e4mning ske 1 \u2013 14 juli.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som s\u00f6kt st\u00f6d med start f\u00f6r korttidsarbetet i maj, ska anm\u00e4lan f\u00f6r avst\u00e4mning ske 1 \u2013 14 augusti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Systemet f\u00f6r avst\u00e4mning \u00f6ppnar den 16 juni, se <a href=\"https:\/\/tillvaxtverket.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tillv\u00e4xtverket.se<\/a>. Skickas inte anm\u00e4lan in i tid blir f\u00f6retaget \u00e5terbetalningsskyldigt.N\u00e4r du skickar in anm\u00e4lan om avst\u00e4mning till Tillv\u00e4xtverket ska alla dokument som Tillv\u00e4xtverket beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r avst\u00e4mningen kunna redovisas. Bland annat lokala kollektivavtal om korttidsarbete eller, f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag utan kollektivavtal, skriftliga avtal med medarbetarna om korttidsarbete. Det beh\u00f6vs ocks\u00e5 en redovisning av hur korttidsarbetet faktiskt sett ut.<\/p>\n<p>Avst\u00e4mningen kan resultera i att f\u00f6retaget kan beg\u00e4ra ytterligare utbetalning av st\u00f6d eller att f\u00f6retaget blir \u00e5terbetalningsskyldigt av f\u00f6r mycket utbetalt st\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<h3>Faktorer som kan p\u00e5verka st\u00f6det<\/h3>\n<p>Tillv\u00e4xtverket har f\u00f6rtydligat att om ett f\u00f6retag som f\u00e5tt st\u00f6det agerar p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som visar att f\u00f6retaget inte befinner sig i ett sv\u00e5rt ekonomiskt l\u00e4ge, till exempel genom att g\u00f6ra aktieutdelningar, kommer Tillv\u00e4xtverket att reglera st\u00f6det och kr\u00e4va \u00e5terbetalning. \u00c4ven koncernbidrag omfattas; bolag som ing\u00e5r i en koncernstruktur bed\u00f6ms var f\u00f6r sig.<\/p>\n<p>Tillv\u00e4xtverket har m\u00f6jlighet att kontrollera om utdelningar har skett.<\/p>\n<p>Den 14 maj f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade Tillv\u00e4xtverket sina regler g\u00e4llande permitteringsst\u00f6d vid semester. Semesterdagar r\u00e4knas nu som fr\u00e5nvaro och ber\u00e4ttigar inte till st\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<p>Det kan tillkomma fler krav som ni m\u00e5ste vara medvetna om f\u00f6r att inte bli \u00e5terbetalningsskyldiga. Informationen p\u00e5 Tillv\u00e4xtverkets hemsida uppdateras kontinuerligt, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigt att f\u00f6lja verkets information och ta del av fr\u00e5gor och svar.<\/p>\n<h3>St\u00f6d f\u00f6r \u00e4nnu en period av korttidsarbete<\/h3>\n<p>De regler som styr korttidsarbete inneb\u00e4r att den f\u00f6rsta st\u00f6dperioden kan beviljas f\u00f6r maximalt sex m\u00e5nader. F\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som har beviljats st\u00f6d och som bed\u00f6mer att de beh\u00f6ver ytterligare st\u00f6d \u2013 ut\u00f6ver sex m\u00e5nader\u2014 kan f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning beviljas av Tillv\u00e4xtverket en g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r h\u00f6gst tre m\u00e5nader.<\/p>\n<p>Den f\u00f6rsta sexm\u00e5nadersperiodens l\u00e4ngd p\u00e5verkas inte av om medarbetare har semesterdagar under perioden.<\/p>\n<p>En s\u00e5dan ans\u00f6kan om tre m\u00e5naders f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning ska ha kommit in till Tillv\u00e4xtverket inom fyra kalenderm\u00e5nader fr\u00e5n det att den f\u00f6rsta st\u00f6dperioden startade.
