Kan man vara en bra ledare \u00e4ven helt p\u00e5 distans?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; F\u00f6r att bygga och underh\u00e5lla riktigt djupa relationer i en arbetsgrupp \u00e4r det f\u00f6rst\u00e5s v\u00e4ldigt viktigt att tr\u00e4ffas och arbeta tillsammans. En duktig ledare kan absolut leda p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt \u00e4ven under dessa f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden, men om detta forts\u00e4tter under riktigt l\u00e5ng tid kommer ledarskapet verkligen att pr\u00f6vas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur tror du att den h\u00e4r situationen kommer att p\u00e5verka ledarskapet om den p\u00e5g\u00e5r l\u00e4nge? \u00c4r det andra f\u00e4rdigheter och egenskaper som beh\u00f6vs d\u00e5?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Kompetenser som verkligen st\u00e4lls p\u00e5 prov i dessa tider \u00e4r att hantera os\u00e4kerhet och f\u00f6rh\u00e5lla sig till omst\u00e4ndigheter som snabbt kastas om. Men det g\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 att hantera b\u00e5de sin egen och medarbetares oro. Jag brukar s\u00e4ga att den h\u00e4r perioden \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta Talent Review man kan t\u00e4nka sig eftersom alla ledare visar fler sidor \u00e4n vad vi normalt g\u00f6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vilka \u00e5tg\u00e4rder har ni inf\u00f6rt f\u00f6r att hantera Corona-krisen?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Redan i februari etablerade vi krisledningsteam p\u00e5 nordisk niv\u00e5 och i varje land. Vi lyssnade p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra kollegor i Kina som var v\u00e4ldigt tidigt ute med att inf\u00f6ra nya arbetss\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att b\u00e5de f\u00f6rhindra smittspridning men framf\u00f6r allt ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det m\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra medarbetare att leverera v\u00e5ra tj\u00e4nster p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt i v\u00e4ldigt utsatta milj\u00f6er, till exempel att leverera mat och st\u00e4dning i de tillf\u00e4lliga sjukhus som tidigt byggdes i Kina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Det som \u00e4r speciellt just nu \u00e4r att bara n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 personer \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra kontor. Vi inf\u00f6rde tidigt t ex regler f\u00f6r hemarbete och \u201dsplit team arrangements\u201d d\u00e4r alla p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra nordiska kontor \u00e4r indelade i olika team, d\u00e4r man bara f\u00e5r bes\u00f6ka kontoret under sin tilldelade vecka om man absolut m\u00e5ste. En stor omst\u00e4llning f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga, men som skapar fokus p\u00e5 att vi alla kan bidra till att minska smittspridningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Till sist, vilka \u00e4r dina egna b\u00e4sta tips f\u00f6r ett effektivt distansarbete?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; G\u00f6r din dag s\u00e5 lik en vanlig arbetsdag som m\u00f6jligt, \u201dg\u00e5 till jobbet\u201d, det vill s\u00e4ga ta en promenad innan du startar upp dagen, fika som vanligt med dina kollegor \u2013 digitalt \u2013 och k\u00f6r AW \u2013 det fungerar j\u00e4ttebra! P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som du startar dagen \u00e4r det viktigt att avsluta dagen. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att \u201dst\u00e4nga ner\u201d dagen, \u201dg\u00e5 hem fr\u00e5n jobbet\u201d, det vill s\u00e4ga ta en promenad som start p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.
