I Sverige har vi s\u00e4rskild modell d\u00e4r arbetsgivarorganisationer och fackf\u00f6rbund f\u00f6rhandlar fram ramarna f\u00f6r dessa kollektivavtal tills alla \u00e4r \u00f6verens om vad de ska inneh\u00e5lla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med kollektivavtal p\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget s\u00e5 vet b\u00e5de arbetsgivare och anst\u00e4llda vad som g\u00e4ller och mer tid kan l\u00e4ggas p\u00e5 verksamheten och mindre tid p\u00e5 administration och personalrelaterade uppgifter. Som arbetsgivare \u00e4r det tryggt att veta att de anst\u00e4llda har ett bra f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsskydd vid viktiga livsh\u00e4ndelser.&nbsp; Dessutom \u00e4r paketet prispressat genom upphandlingar och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r billigare \u00e4n om f\u00f6retaget inte har kollektivavtal. I paketet ing\u00e5r f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar f\u00f6r \u00e5lderspension, sjukdom, d\u00f6dsfall, arbetsskada, arbetsbrist och f\u00f6r\u00e4ldraledighet. En viktig del \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att du som \u00e4r arbetsgivaren inte kan bli skadest\u00e5ndsskyldig om det intr\u00e4ffar en arbetsolycka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201dKonkurrensen om medarbetarna g\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringarna blir allt viktigare n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att attrahera den b\u00e4sta kompetensen. Det inneb\u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att parterna kan f\u00f6rhandla om mer flexibla regler \u00e4n den g\u00e4llande lagstiftningen. Det kan exempelvis vara flexiblare arbetstider och anst\u00e4llningsformer som avtalad visstid och st\u00f6rre m\u00f6jligheter att kunna anst\u00e4lla vid behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Det som i f\u00f6rsta hand anpassas i kollektivavtalen \u00e4r s\u00e5dant som \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att driva verksamheten.
