Nytt Arbetsmilj\u00f6avtal?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro\">I kollektivavtalsf\u00f6rhandlingarna 2016 kom parterna \u00f6verens om att bransch Tidningsdistribution skulle vara medlemmar i TYA (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tya.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.tya.se<\/a> ) p\u00e5 prov under tv\u00e5 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Vidare enades parterna i juni 2018 att f\u00f6rl\u00e4nga provperioden avseende TYA under ytterligare ett \u00e5r, dvs till den sista december 2019. Vi har under h\u00f6sten 2019 utv\u00e4rderat TYAs erbjudande och verksamhet riktat mot tidningsdistributionsbranschen grundligt och kommit fram till att TYA inte passar branschen s\u00e5 vi finner inget annat alternativ \u00e4n att avsluta efter provperioden.<\/p>\n<h2>Framtida arbetsmilj\u00f6avtal<\/h2>\n<p>Vi ser fortsatt positivt p\u00e5 samverkan och \u00e4r beredda att teckna ett nytt arbetsmilj\u00f6avtal med Svenska Transportarbetaref\u00f6rbundet. D\u00e5 Arbetsmilj\u00f6avtalet, ursprungligen fr\u00e5n 1993, inneh\u00e5ller flera bilagor med olika l\u00f6ptid och upps\u00e4gningsregler samt beh\u00f6ver moderniseras rent generellt har Medief\u00f6retagen bjudit in Svenska Transportarbetaref\u00f6rbundet att teckna ett nytt Arbetsmilj\u00f6avtal anpassat f\u00f6r medarbetarnas och verksamheternas b\u00e4sta s\u00e5som de bedrivs idag och b\u00f6r bedrivas fram\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<h2>Lokal hantering efter 1 januari 2020<\/h2>\n<p>Fr\u00e5n 1 januari 2020 g\u00e4ller det gamla Arbetsmilj\u00f6avtalet, som g\u00e4llde innan provtiden i TYA. Detta avtal hittar ni i Bilaga B i kollektivavtalet avseende Tidningsdistribut\u00f6rer, samt med bilagor B1-B4. L\u00e4nk till avtalet: <a href=\"https:\/\/medlem.arbetsgivarguiden.se\/agreements\/119\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/medlem.arbetsgivarguiden.se\/agreements\/119<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Detta inneb\u00e4r att skyldigheterna i avtalet ska uppfyllas tills vidare, i korthet inneb\u00e4r detta:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Varje f\u00f6retag ska allokera 0,2 % av f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5rs l\u00f6nesumma avseende tidningsdistribut\u00f6rer anst\u00e4llda vid f\u00f6retaget. Medlen ska anv\u00e4ndas till arbetsmilj\u00f6utbildning samt f\u00f6r f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring av arbetsmilj\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hur medlen ska disponeras sker i samr\u00e5d samt beslutas i partsgemensam skyddskommitt\u00e9, enligt bilaga B4.<\/p>\n<p>Fram tills vi har ett nytt avtal ber vi er registrera hur mycket medel som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r arbetsmilj\u00f6utbildningar och insatser som omfattas av avtalet.
