Dessa principer finns fastlagda i flera kollektivavtal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hur ska l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen g\u00e5 till?<\/strong><br>L\u00f6neprocessen samordnas med den \u00e5rliga verksamhetsplaneringen. F\u00f6retagsledningen fastst\u00e4ller de \u00f6vergripande m\u00e5len. Chefen och medarbetaren fastst\u00e4ller individuella m\u00e5l f\u00f6r medarbetaren. M\u00e5len \u00f6verensst\u00e4mmer med f\u00f6retagets \u00f6vergripande m\u00e5l och framg\u00e5ngsfaktorer. Chefen bed\u00f6mer d\u00e4refter hur v\u00e4l medarbetaren uppfyllt sina m\u00e5l och redog\u00f6r f\u00f6r sin bed\u00f6mning i resultatdialogen. F\u00f6retagsledningen fastst\u00e4ller riktlinjer och samordnar l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen.
