Allt ifr\u00e5n rent verksamhetsn\u00e4ra fr\u00e5gor kopplat till den verksamhet du bedriver till avtal, lagar och f\u00f6rordningar som t.ex. arbetsmilj\u00f6, KA, GDPR etc. Du kan om\u00f6jligen kunna allt detta. Var \u00e4rlig mot dig sj\u00e4lv och tydlig mot din omgivning vad du beh\u00e4rskar och vad du beh\u00f6ver hj\u00e4lp med. Detta f\u00e5r medarbetare att v\u00e4xa, ta ansvar och kliva fram d\u00e4r du skapar luckor att fylla. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 sant att vi har en f\u00f6rk\u00e4rlek att hitta n\u00e5gon som p\u00e5 ett eller annat s\u00e4tt speglar oss (Unconscious Bias). Detta \u00e4r en stor fara d\u00e5 vi inte f\u00e5r medarbetare som kompletterar, utmanar och ser saker med andra perspektiv och erfarenheter. Ju tryggare du kan k\u00e4nna sig som ledare ju l\u00e4ttare \u00e4r det att l\u00e5ta dig bli utmanad av personer i till exempel din ledningsgrupp som har andra erfarenheter. Som kan utmana dig i dina l\u00f6sningar och skapa sp\u00e4nstiga diskussioner. Om alla tycker lika eller har liknande bakgrund \u00e4r det on\u00f6digt m\u00e5nga i rummet. Detta skall inte f\u00f6rv\u00e4xlas med vikten av att ha medarbetare som delar viktiga grundl\u00e4ggande v\u00e4rderingar och har samma syn p\u00e5 vilken kultur som skall g\u00e4lla. Men det \u00e4r trots allt bara en del av v\u00e5r person som tr\u00e4ffar \u201djobbytan\u201d. Intressera dig f\u00f6r medarbetarens hela liva s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt utan att p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt kliva in f\u00f6r n\u00e4ra i den privata sf\u00e4ren och integriteten. Detta varierar fr\u00e5n person till person och man m\u00e5ste vara lyh\u00f6rd h\u00e4r. Om vi vet lite hur medarbetaren har det privat kan vi l\u00e4ttare visa att vi f\u00f6rst\u00e5r varf\u00f6r man kanske reagerar som man g\u00f6r ibland eftersom man kan vara pressad p\u00e5 hemmafronten eller s\u00e5.
