Det handlar om att chefer och ledare f\u00e5r m\u00e4nniskor att v\u00e4xa och utvecklas, skapa tillv\u00e4xt och i f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngningen \u00e4ven bidra till ett h\u00e5llbart arbetsliv och samh\u00e4lle. Men arbetslivet st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som kommer att p\u00e5verka ledarskapet p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga plan.<\/p>\n\n<p>Almega och Ledarna har i rapporten <strong>Framtidens ledarskap<\/strong> kartlagt f\u00f6retagens utmaningar och vilket ledarskap de tror \u00e4r mest framg\u00e5ngsrikt nu och i framtiden. Det handlar framf\u00f6rallt om tre omr\u00e5den: digitalisering, kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning och ett framtida ledarskap som betonar relationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Globalisering och digitalisering kommer att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra s\u00e5v\u00e4l inneh\u00e5llet i v\u00e5rt arbete, som n\u00e4r och hur det ska ske. Samtidigt ser chefers och medarbetares f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar p\u00e5 arbete och fritid delvis annorlunda ut. Digitaliseringen skapar stora m\u00f6jligheter, men ocks\u00e5 utmaningar f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagen. Kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen \u00e4r en av dem. F\u00f6r att f\u00f6retagen ska kunna forts\u00e4tta att v\u00e4xa, \u00e4r kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen helt avg\u00f6rande. Nu ser vi att vissa kompetenser saknas, medan andra helt eller delvis beh\u00f6ver st\u00e4llas om. Att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 den digitala transformationen och hur den p\u00e5verkar medarbetare, chefer, arbetss\u00e4tt och arbetsuppgifter \u00e4r en \u00f6verlevnadsfr\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men digitalisering och artificiell intelligens (AI) kan aldrig bygga bort relationer. Framtidens ledarskap handlar, \u00e4nnu mer \u00e4n tidigare, om chefers f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att bygga relationer och l\u00f6sa uppgifter tillsammans med sitt team. F\u00f6r det kr\u00e4vs ett n\u00e4rvarande ledarskap med en st\u00e4ndig dialog. Framtidens ledarskap genomsyras av tydliga v\u00e4rderingar och en god f\u00f6retagskultur p\u00e5 alla niv\u00e5er i organisationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Almega och Ledarna har i rapporten sammanst\u00e4llt kunskap och erfarenheter som finns p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagen, i de egna organisationerna och hos forskare.
