Det fullst\u00e4ndiga avtalet hittar du i arbetsgivarguiden under Kollektivavtal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flexpension<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2019 sker ingen ytterligare avs\u00e4ttning till flexpension (Sammanlagd avs\u00e4ttning till flexpension \u00e4r d\u00e4rmed fortfarande 0,4 % av pensionsmedf\u00f6rande l\u00f6n).<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6ner Unionen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6verenskommelsen betr\u00e4ffande l\u00f6ner best\u00e5r av tv\u00e5 alternativa m\u00f6jligheter:<br \/>\nA. Centralt l\u00f6neavtal eller<br \/>\nB. Lokalt l\u00f6neavtal.<\/p>\n<p>Unionens l\u00f6neavtal g\u00e4ller formellt endast tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n som \u00e4r medlemmar i Unionen. V\u00e5r rekommendation \u00e4r dock att avtalet ocks\u00e5 till\u00e4mpas p\u00e5 \u00f6vriga tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n inom Unionens avtalsomr\u00e5de, f\u00f6rutsatt att annat kollektivavtal inte g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r dem.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Centralt l\u00f6neavtal \u2013 l\u00f6nerevision per den 1 maj 2019<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Lokal pott<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ett allm\u00e4nt utrymme (pott) ber\u00e4knas som 2,3 % av summan av de fasta kontanta l\u00f6nerna f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n den 30 april 2019. Det finns ingen individgaranti.<\/p>\n<p>Utg\u00e5ngspunkten i l\u00f6neavtalet \u00e4r att alla medverkar till f\u00f6retagets verksamhet och utveckling och d\u00e4rmed ska ha l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning i samband med l\u00f6nerevision. En tj\u00e4nsteman som inte uppvisar tillr\u00e4cklig prestation eller inte n\u00e5r uppsatta m\u00e5l kan f\u00e5 ingen eller m\u00e4rkbart l\u00e5g l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning. I de fallen ska en \u00e5tg\u00e4rdsplan uppr\u00e4ttas f\u00f6r ber\u00f6rda tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n med tidplan och uppf\u00f6ljning av de planerade \u00e5tg\u00e4rderna. Se vidare l\u00f6neavtalet sidan 8.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har tidigare tillsammans med Unionen tagit fram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/2019\/02\/stodmaterial-lonerevision-lagring-och-distribution-unionen.pdf\">st\u00f6dmaterial f\u00f6r l\u00f6neprocessen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/2019\/02\/pottexempel-2019-tjanstemannavtalet-lagring-och-distribution.pdf\">Ett exempel p\u00e5 f\u00f6rdelning av l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningen finns h\u00e4r<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e4gstl\u00f6n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om tj\u00e4nstemannen senast den 30 april 2019 fyllt 20 respektive 24 \u00e5r ska l\u00f6nen uppg\u00e5 till l\u00e4gst;<\/p>\n<p><em>Fr o m den 1 maj 2019:<\/em><br \/>\nL\u00e4gsta l\u00f6n f\u00f6r 20-\u00e5ringar \u00e4r 17.881 kr\/m\u00e5n<br \/>\nL\u00e4gsta l\u00f6n f\u00f6r 24-\u00e5ringar \u00e4r 20.719 kr\/m\u00e5n<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rhandlingsordning 2019, Unionen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(Se l\u00f6neavtalet sid 16).<br \/>\nTj\u00e4nstem\u00e4nnen ska till f\u00f6retaget<em> senast den 8 februari 2019<\/em> l\u00e4mna skriftlig uppgift p\u00e5 ber\u00f6rda medlemmar och av dem utsedda representanter. F\u00f6retaget ska <em>senast den 1 mars 2019<\/em> skriftligen meddela f\u00f6rslag till nya l\u00f6ner till de utsedda representanterna. \u00d6nskar tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4nnen p\u00e5kalla lokal f\u00f6rhandling ska den beg\u00e4ras <em>senast den 15 mars 2019<\/em>. De lokala f\u00f6rhandlingarna ska vara avslutade <em>senast den 29 mars 2019<\/em>. Eventuell central f\u00f6rhandling ska p\u00e5kallas <em>senast den 12 april 2019<\/em>. Kommer parterna inte \u00f6verens \u00e4r det arbetsgivaren som f\u00f6rdelar l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningarna.<\/p>\n<p>Saknas lokal facklig representation ska arbetsgivaren <em>senast den 1 mars 2019<\/em> till ber\u00f6rda anst\u00e4llda l\u00e4mna meddelande om vilka l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar han har f\u00f6r avsikt att ge. Unionen har r\u00e4tt att beg\u00e4ra f\u00f6rhandling om detta <em>senast den 15 mars 2019<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Lokalt l\u00f6neavtal Unionen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>(Se l\u00f6neavtalet sid 18).<br \/>\nLokalt l\u00f6neavtal anger inte hur l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningarna ska r\u00e4knas fram. Det \u00e4r arbetsgivaren och den lokala fackliga organisationen som tillsammans kommer \u00f6verens om hur f\u00f6rhandlingarna ska g\u00e5 till, l\u00f6neutrymme samt den individuella f\u00f6rdelningen.<\/p>\n<p>Lokalt l\u00f6neavtal g\u00e4ller gentemot Unionen som en alternativ m\u00f6jlighet till det traditionella s\u00e4ttet att revidera l\u00f6nerna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rhandlingsordning f\u00f6r revisionen 2019, lokalt l\u00f6neavtal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arbetsgivaren ska<em> senast den 8 februari 2019<\/em> till lokal tj\u00e4nstemannapart anm\u00e4la sitt \u00f6nskem\u00e5l att till\u00e4mpa lokalt l\u00f6neavtal. Om de lokala parterna kommer \u00f6verens om att forts\u00e4tta att till\u00e4mpa lokalt l\u00f6neavtal ska en f\u00f6rhandlingsordning uppr\u00e4ttas, dvs n\u00e4r f\u00f6rhandlingarna ska starta och n\u00e4r de ska vara avslutade.<\/p>\n<p>Om de lokala parterna med eller utan r\u00e5dgivning fr\u00e5n de centrala parterna inte kan tr\u00e4ffa \u00f6verenskommelse ska f\u00f6rhandlingar inledas<em> senast den 1 mars 2019<\/em> enligt det centrala l\u00f6neavtalet.
