Utvecklingssamtalet ska vara ett fram\u00e5tblickande samtal d\u00e4r chef och medarbetare, utifr\u00e5n nul\u00e4get har en diskussion om arbetsmilj\u00f6, f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar och utvecklingsbehov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Samtalet ska resultera i att det finns en plan f\u00f6r arbetet fram\u00e5t. I l\u00f6nesamtalet blickar chef och medarbetare tillbaka p\u00e5 vad som best\u00e4mdes i utvecklingssamtalet och chefen motiverar och s\u00e4tter ny l\u00f6n, baserat p\u00e5 hur medarbetaren har presterat under \u00e5ret.
