Det fullst\u00e4ndiga avtalet finner du som \u00e4r inloggad p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/medlem.arbetsgivarguiden.se\/agreements\/118\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>arbetsgivarguiden.se<\/u><\/a>. L\u00f6neavtalet \u00e5terfinns i Bilaga 8 till Tidningsavtalet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00f6nerevision per den 1 maj 2019<\/h2>\n<h3>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Allm\u00e4n pott f\u00f6r individuell f\u00f6rdelning<\/h3>\n<p>En allm\u00e4n pott bildas om <strong>2,0 procent<\/strong> r\u00e4knat p\u00e5 de grafiska medarbetarnas l\u00f6nesumma den 30 april 2019. Vid f\u00f6rdelningen ur potten \u00e4r varje medarbetare garanterad <strong>338 kr<\/strong> (s.k. individgaranti). Krontalsbeloppet proportioneras i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till syssels\u00e4ttningsgraden.<\/p>\n<h3>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L\u00e4gsta l\u00f6ner<\/h3>\n<p>Efter l\u00f6nerevisionen per den 1 maj 2019 skall l\u00f6nen uppg\u00e5 till f\u00f6ljande.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u00e4gst <strong>386 kr<\/strong> om medarbetaren senast den 30 april 2019 har fyllt 18 \u00e5r. Om medarbetaren fyller 18 \u00e5r under perioden 1 maj 2019 \u2013 30 april 2020 skall l\u00f6nebeloppet g\u00e4lla fr\u00e5n den 1:a i m\u00e5naden under vilken medarbetaren fyller \u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li>Vid <strong>ett \u00e5rs branschvana<\/strong> skall l\u00f6nen l\u00e4gst uppg\u00e5 till <strong>163 kr<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Vid <strong>tv\u00e5 \u00e5rs branschvana<\/strong>, alternativt adekvat yrkesutbildning (avser minst 40 veckors utbildning), skall l\u00f6nen l\u00e4gst uppg\u00e5 till <strong>391 kr<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 till\u00e4mpligt l\u00f6nebelopp anv\u00e4nds medarbetarens bidrag till potten f\u00f6r individuella l\u00f6neh\u00f6jningar enligt punkt 1 ovan. Om summan h\u00e4rav inte r\u00e4cker f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 l\u00f6nebeloppet skall resterande del tillskjutas utom det tillg\u00e4ngliga utrymmet f\u00f6r l\u00f6neh\u00f6jningar.<\/p>\n<h3>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 F\u00f6rhandlingsordningen<\/h3>\n<p>Den grafiska personalklubben skall till f\u00f6retaget senast den <strong>1 juni 2019<\/strong> l\u00e4mna skriftlig uppgift p\u00e5 ber\u00f6rda medlemmar och av dem utsedda representanter. De lokala f\u00f6rhandlingarna skall vara avslutade senast den <strong>30 juni 2019<\/strong> och eventuell central f\u00f6rhandling beg\u00e4ras senast den <strong>15 augusti 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De lokala parterna kan tr\u00e4ffa \u00f6verenskommelse om avvikelse fr\u00e5n ovan; dock skall eventuell central f\u00f6rhandling beg\u00e4ras senast den 15 augusti 2019.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00d6vrigt<\/h2>\n<h3>Extra avs\u00e4ttning till pension kopplad till \u201dBilaga 7 \u2013 Varaktig neds\u00e4ttning av arbetstid\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Fr\u00e5n och med den 1 maj 2019 g\u00f6rs ytterligare extra pensionsavs\u00e4ttningar med 0,3 %.
