Enbart de nedan uppr\u00e4knade anst\u00e4llningsformerna f\u00e5r d\u00e4refter anv\u00e4ndas p\u00e5 avtalsomr\u00e5det. L\u00e4s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/2017\/11\/kommentarer-till-de-nya-reglerna-for-anstallningsformer-bilagaa.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kommenterade<\/a> reglerna. D\u00e4refter f\u00f6ljer de nya.<\/p>\n<p>Tillsvidareanst\u00e4llning (fast anst\u00e4llning) \u00e4r huvudregel.<\/p>\n<h3>Till\u00e5tna tidsbegr\u00e4nsade anst\u00e4llningar<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vid vikariat f\u00f6r att ers\u00e4tta en tj\u00e4nsteman vid dennes ledighet eller fr\u00e5nvaro eller f\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla en ledigf\u00f6rklarad befattning.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r avtalad visstid<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r tj\u00e4nsteman som uppn\u00e5tt den ordinarie pensions\u00e5ldern enligt ITP-planen (fn. 65 \u00e5r).<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r s\u00e4songsarbete.<\/li>\n<li>Doktorandtj\u00e4nst, d\u00e5 arbete med doktorsavhandling sker helt eller delvis vid f\u00f6retag.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r skolungdom samt vid praktikarbete.<\/li>\n<li>Provanst\u00e4llning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Omvandlingsregel f\u00f6r vikariat och avtalad visstid<\/h3>\n<p>En omvandlingsregel f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llningsformerna vikariat eller en avtalad visstid inf\u00f6rs. Vikariat och avtalad visstid \u00f6verg\u00e5r i en tillsvidareanst\u00e4llning n\u00e4r en tj\u00e4nsteman har varit anst\u00e4lld hos arbetsgivaren i vikariat och\/eller avtalad visstid i sammanlagt mer \u00e4n 36 m\u00e5nader under en fem\u00e5rsperiod.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00d6verg\u00e5ngsbest\u00e4mmelser<\/h3>\n<p>Reglerna tr\u00e4der i kraft den 1 november 2017. F\u00f6r anst\u00e4llningsavtal som \u00e4r tr\u00e4ffade f\u00f6re den 1 november 2017 g\u00e4ller tidigare regler f\u00f6r s\u00e5dana anst\u00e4llningar fullt ut. Det tidigare reglerna finns i Bilaga 6 i den <a title=\"Bilaga A allm\u00e4nna villkor 20171101 - 20200430 - 6511_1704.pdf\" href=\"\/app\/uploads\/imported\/Bilaga-A-allmanna-villkor-20171101---20200430----6511-1704.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nya avtalspdfen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>NYA REGLER F\u00d6R BEREDSKAP FR O M 2017-11-01<\/h2>\n<p>Fr\u00e5n och med den 1 november 2017 g\u00e4ller nya regler f\u00f6r beredskap. Det finns inte n\u00e5gra \u00f6verg\u00e5ngsbest\u00e4mmelser. Observera att g\u00e4llande enskilda eller lokala avtal forts\u00e4tter att g\u00e4lla tills de upph\u00f6r. De nya best\u00e4mmelserna \u00e4r i sin helhet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/2017\/11\/kommentarer-till-de-nya-reglerna-for-anstallningsformer-bilagaa.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kommenterade<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>NY F\u00d6RHANDLINGSORDNING VID TVISTER<\/h2>\n<p>Fr o m 1 november 2017 g\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 ett nytt avtal om f\u00f6rhandlingsordning. Avtalet ers\u00e4tter tidigare best\u00e4mmelser i Tj\u00e4nstemannaavtalet \u00a7 14. F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen \u00e4r fr\u00e4mst en modernisering som f\u00f6rhoppningsvis ska leda till snabbare handl\u00e4ggning vid tvistef\u00f6rhandlingar. Avtalet kommer att vara kommenterat i v\u00e5r nya arbetsgivarguide som lanseras inom kort.
