Almega offers expertise in employment and labour law, union negotiations, salary setting processes, work environment, labour insurance, and equality\/discrimination matters. Additionally, our economic analyst keeps track of the service sector and offers analyses and forecasts. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Moreover, our public affairs experts ensure that the interests of Almega’s members and the service sector remain in focus for politicians and policymakers. Furthermore, Almega\u2019s sector associations are part of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv). Together, we are shaping the future of work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Via our local offices, we work closely with our member companies throughout Sweden. This allows us to create added value for our members through our extensive network, as well as with the help of our public affairs experts, negotiators, and advisors within labour and employment law. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Additionally, Almega offers continuous information on news and events in the labour market. Comprising of nine associations representing various service industries, Almega focuses on key issues in each industry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
