SRAT har framf\u00f6rallt lyft fr\u00e5gan om att arbetidsf\u00f6rl\u00e4ggningsberoende ers\u00e4ttning b\u00f6r hanteras genom en s\u00e4rskild regel i allm\u00e4nna villkor ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vid l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttning och l\u00f6nerevision. Fr\u00e5n Almega Tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retagens sida har ett antal viktiga fr\u00e5gor kring arbetstid och regler kring visstidsanst\u00e4llda identifierats.
